 have a 1994 (1995 model year) LS400 with 120000 KM. The car is a right hand drive. The Park, reverse and neutral cluster lights wok fine however the Drive, 3 and lower do not show. Also the Pwr indicator,and cruise control light no longer functions,but they are working.

I am happy for all information about this problem

I have changed the bulbs and they are purchased at the lexus but it shows nothing in all cases.

not ignoring you, just dont know what to say to help you.. 

trunk hinge wiring or pull cluster and send it off for repair (if it is that important)

I agree with Billy...sounds like a wiring issue. Always worth trying the 'wiggle test' which is to wiggle the wires and see if the bulbs illuminate and then you know it is a loose connection or broken wire.
