rear wiper motor replacement

Hi, i am trying to replace the rear wiper motor because it quit working a while back.  The nut that holds the shaft housing in place through the rear lift door is corroded to the shaft housing and won't spin off. There is very little to get a hold of on either the nut or shaft housing.  I am having a devil of a time.  Can anyone help?

can you not grind it off and then tap out the bolt/hole when it's out?  Obviously depends on space available though
