12AMMKV Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I own a 06 400h, we are heading to the beach, and i want to take it out on the beach, has anyone done this with theirs? I know this isnt a "true" 4 wheel drive but does the rear motor have enough to push it through the sand? Yes i read the owners manual but its useless, lexus just says "dont". Love My Lexy! Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I have a RX 350 and drove on Carrolla 4×4 beach NC in June it was awesome even though people looked at me like I was crazy! 12AMMKV Posted July 4, 2016 Author Share Posted July 4, 2016 Yeah I have a buddy who takes his 350 without issue. My concern is the hybrid isn't really awd. From my under standing.
