Happened to me when I tried to remove swirls with SwirlX using flex polisher, recieved the swirls at a nearby rotary car wash. Wasn't satisfied at all with the SwirlX results. I guess is the flex polisher, speed and pressure play major roll. Switched to Random Orbit Polisher and used Liquid Glass to polish after I washed off the SwirlX.
