I've 2014 IS250 and recently my cigarette lighter stopped working, I looked for the fuse but unfortunately I couldn't find the fuse. :(

In your owners manual is a section listing all fuses and there location by a picture. If you've already done this and both the "under hood" and drivers left side panel has been checked, I would suggest that the cigaret lighter is the main source of your trouble.

You are talking about the one inside the console right? Actually a powerport. I had a gum wrapper that someone (I suspect my wife) left in the console in my ES330. Seen other with pennies getting in there.

I have the same car and I find the lack of a 12v outlet outside of the console annoying.
