Cylinder Misfire

I have my engine light on with the VSC light flashing. I got it checked out at autozone and it was a misfire in cylinder 4. It went off for ever around 3000 miles now it is constant. I noticed that i am idling a little low at about 5-55 (below 1000 rpm) at lights. Do you think its the coil or something worse. I do have a ton of miles on this car. mostly highway but 240k. Thanks

Your first step would to be to take cylinder 4 plug out and see what shape it is in. Otherwise replace that coil pack....You could check coil by swapping with another one and see if the code follows that coil pack...
