Door Lock Actuator Will Unlock But Not Lock

Hey guys,

This is only my second post on this forum although I have received numerous tips on here over the years.

I have a 2004 IS300. When using either the key fob or key in the door, all door except my passenger side front door will lock. When using either the key or key fob, all doors will consistently unlock. This is an improvement, as for about a year, the door in question would neither lock or unlock.

Is this a repair that can be done, or is it a must that I replace the actuator?
