gyee79
I just notice that my '98 GS300 steering wheel starts getting pretty shaky when I go on the highway- espcially running about( or more than) 65mph. It has about 81K miles on it and I've just change the front tires about 2 months ago. What could have caused this (supposingly smooth-ride) car to behave this way? Whne I put my hand(s) on the steering wheel, I can see my hands shaking pretty badly. Any input is very much appreciated. -worried
93LSOwner
A very very common problem. First step, you should balance all four of your wheels and then see if you need aligment.
TheLexusExperience
I agree, if the car isnt pulling to the left or right and keeps a straght line the your tires arent balanced correctly,if it is pulling to either side then it could be your alignment or your alignment and balance are both off.
