YPOUR MODEL IS PREWIRED BUT THE CONNCTOR IS HIDDEN . IT IS PLUGGED INTO A DUMMY CONNECTOR. ALSO I CAN TELL YOU WERE TO GET A BRAND NEW 1999 ES300 FACTORY CHANGER FOR 2/3RDS OFF DEALER PRICE AND IT EXACTLY WHAT THE DEALER SELLS. NONE OF THE ADAPTER AFTERMARKET CHANGERS WORKED AND THE ADAPTERS ARE NO LONGER MADE SO THE FACTORY CHANGER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO BUT NOT AT THE DEALERS PRICE OF 1195.00.
