Hi Gary and welcome to the Lexus Owners Club. The best way to gauge the market value of the RX 300 is to go to Kelly's Blue Book or, KBB and use their value formulas' to find out what other RX 300's of that year and mileage are worth. From that number you can calculate what you think is a fair price. I also suggest you get a CarFax report to verify the car has not been involed in a prior accident or other bad deal.
