99 Rx300 Won't Turn On W/ Loud Noise

in the past week, I notice that my car began to make some noise when I accelerated the car. Then when I turn on the car, if the car make some unusual noise, I can see white steam coming out of back pipe (not every time). I did search online and found it's like exhaust leaking problem. Then today, when I try to turn it on, it just make some noise like gas leaking.

That sounds bad. Did you check the engine oil? Sounds like something broke, maybe the timing belt and you have something major going on....Or maybe something simple. Maybe the starter is shot and not cranking the engine. Have a helper turn key and see if the belts are moving.

just change the starter contact. now, there is no broken noise, only air leaking kind of noise. I upload another video on youtube.

UPDATE: just change the whole starter. now it's normal.
