Used Or Refurbished Radio/nav Units For Sale For 2002

I have a 2002 ES300 and need to replace my in-dash Mark Levinson Radio and Navigation unit. The unit has an am/fm radio, single cassette, and single cd, and is then hard wired to a CD disc changer in the console. I do not need the CD changer, just the in-dash unit. Does anyone know of reputable reseller or someone that sells refurbished factory replacements?
