Dsplay On Reverse

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this?

Afrer battery change on a RX 400h, when I select reverse gear, the display changes to the rear camera but without the green/red guide lines. Instead "System not ready" is written accross the screen. Is this a known fault that anyone is aware of? All help much appreciated.

My 400h never had guide lines on the backup camera screen, only a safety message on the bottom.

Although we had display guidelines when purchasing our 2008 RX400h in May 2014, they disappeared shortly thereafter and we have been unable to find a reason or how to get them back?

Appreciate any ideas!
