mgilly Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Ok lads a ladys on my 99 Ls400 start car ok go for a drive then check engine vsc, engine still running but no trottle , even when floor, some day this might not happen for a few miles Help .

I would think it would have an effect on all of the operating functions if the car thinks its starved for air or has too much, the problems might cascade. I am not a tech, so you may get a better answer from others.
landar Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Accelerator pedal position sensor or throttle position sensor? Sounds like maybe bad or a dead spot on it.
