Rx330 Roll Backward When On Park

Just recently, I discovered when I set on "Park" parked on an incline I continued to roll back and heard clicks. Something is wrong with the "P" position. Even on a level, I've set on "P" and still moved. I know I have to bring it in. But can someone shed some light on why the "P" gear broke? I usually do also use the hand brake but I know family members don't always use it.

When In P (park) there is a gear backlash (some movement) however it should stop the movement after that. As for your parking brake, hopefully it just needs adjustment....
