Power Seat Wont Move Forward Or Backward

I have 1997 LX 450 & I love it! My passenger seat has all the sudden stopped working in forward & backward positions. Still moves up & down. Is there separate motors for this? Have found & replaced "little white cap", still not working. Please help, stopped in the completely forward position, very uncomfortable.
