I need to get my rear brake pads replaced and rotor resurfaced according to dealer, but they are charging me $394.

is that too expensive?

My steering wheel vibrate when I go over 60mph and when I press brake...is this related to my rear brakes and rotors?

the reason ur steering wheel is shaking due to the alignment and wheel balancing. $394 for a rear break is kinna expensive. but if you are looking to sell your car in the future that is good to have the lexus dealer do it . Why?

If you look at carfax . they will show you where your car has been service at the big dealers. from oil change to repair they will file it in there. So it is easier for you to sell your car. Or you can go to the local shop they might charge you around $180 - $360 to replace the rear breaks also to balance and other also.
