Jump Started 99 Gs400 And Now No Power Controls Work

Had to jump start my 99 GS400 and accidentally crossed the jumper cables. Car will start but no power controls work such as radio, windows, dash lights, air, but does have headlights. Replaced 4 burned out fuses but still no luck. Is there a main fuse for the BCM / Body Control Module?
