How Do I Remote Start From Key?

;) Anybody know how to start the engine by the remote key? Manual is no help

i have a 2000 lexus rx300

No lexus comes with remote start.It is only an added on feature by the owners. The only car in the world to offer a remote start by the manufacutrer that i know of is the new chevy malibu maxx.

My remote key had a remote start and i was playing buttom with this and the engine started, they had a information on ebay on how to start the car from the key

You muight have an aftermarle starter in there that a dealer put in. It is just interfaced to the oem remotes.My cousin has that on his maxima

Never mind its the oem that was already install by the lexus ,they place it before i bought it its not a aftermart product it turns on when i hit my remote button.There was a sticker near my headlight says remote starter.. :D

Then you need to contact the dealer.

It is not oem meaning the manufacture put it in. It is a dealer added option ,like a gold emblem kit or a roof spoiler.There is no factory option for it.

It is not only a dealer add-on....contact your aftermarket or custom car audio shop and ask the....about half the price of the dealer.....dealer is a rip off....they should be your last resort... ;)
