indawire Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 Our '03 sc430 windshield washer pump works fine but the tubes that run from the resivoir to the hood outlets are either disconnected of eaten thru by mice. Press the stick button you can hear the pump working and a few seconds later fluid comes runs out of the lower left front fender well. Nothing gets to the discharge outlets. Anyone know the route the tubes they take or how to get to them?
1990LS400 Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 The attached diagram should help. Access to the washer pump on cars from Toyota is usually through the wheel well after peeling away the liner enough to get to it. Maybe some models require removing the bumper cover. Don't know about your SC - I would try through the wheel well first.
