pj8708 Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 A few days ago, I got on the phone and was set to activate my XM Radio service permanetly. I read the unit ID to the XM rep, and he then sent the hit to link up the radio. Nothing happened. After several attempts the XM rep told me it had to be a problem with my end and I needed to see my dealer. The next day I went to the dealer and after several attempts, they were unable to make the satellite signal lock-in as well. The dealers master technician started calling the gurus at XM and Lexus and discovered that over the last months this problem had become to grow to the point that Lexus and XM are/have made a website for both parties with software fixes and work-arounds that will hopefully solve the problem. I'm going back to the dealer hopefully on 4/8/13 or 4/9/13 to see if the "Out, Out damn spot!" incantation will work. Film at 11:00.
