2002 Is300 Code P1349 Has Anybody Had Same Problem

Just wondering if anybody has had this code come up. That code along with several others came up. Had o2 sensor & spark plugs replaced. Trac light is also flashing while driving and at stop lights, car doesn't want to stay stopped if I have foot on brake so I have to put it in park.

The best I can find out is there could be 3 fixes: 1. ECM 2. OCV or 3. VVT Controller

From what I can research, the VVT controller is the most expensive and will have to be taken to dealer. I have a pretty good mechanic but this one has stumped him.

My next question, if anybody has encountered this, can I still continue to drive it for awhile? If it would just not get any worse so that I could buy some time, I can get it fixed within a couple of months.
