Car Shaking With Steering Wheel

Hi all

I am facing problem which happened after I am going in the highway after half an hour , if I release the cruse control or press on the break directly the car start shaking and steering wheel shakes specially to left side .

If I press on accellator it will stop shaking immediately , release accellator will come again and soon .

Any body can help from what this happened .

I have ES 300 @ 1998 ran 292000 Miles .

Several things come to mind, all of them related to the front wheels. You may have a loose front wheel, a bad front wheel bearing, or a bad half axle shaft/CV joint. All of them spell stop driving the car at speed until you get the problem checked out.

What you describe is far from normal and requires immediate attention. Don't keep driving until something breaks and you are facing a far more expensive repair, or worse. Good Luck!
