Google the part number or "SC430 wheel cover hex screws" or similar and you will find photos. They look common - I'm guessing 8mm. You might remove one and take it to your local hardware store. The hardware stores where I live have a wide selection of metric hex screws. Sewell Lexus in Texas ( http://lexus.sewellparts.com ) sells them at a discount if you register with a car forum member name - see attached. Kind of expensive but maybe they are chrome plated. I didn't find any gold ones. Edit: Whoops. I actually found gold valve stem caps under SC430 exterior accessories on the Sewell website.
