Kris Price Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 I have a 1995 es300 and the OD light keeps blinking. The car runs and shifts fine. The code given is PO773. What is this for and how do I fix it or have it done. I want to know in general the process and cost, before I take it in. James Horning Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 Shift solenoid E electrical malfunction. ( shift solenoid valve SL) . Open or short in this circuit . A. Open / short blue/ yellow wire at connector E2 to pin 27 connector E7 at the ECM. B . Valve itself is bad. C. ECM D. Check for rodent damage or corrosion, dented trans. Pan, ( damaged wiring or solenoid. F this is one wire, ECM controls has ECM power supply , to solenoid , and ground . This is a electrical code !!!!!
