Touch Screen Is Out Of Calibration

HI,

Just recently my navigation screen does not work in my IS 350. When you touch the screen it is not responsive. When you click an area on the map, the cursor just moves to the right.

Is there a way to reset the calibration in a service menu?

Personaly, I've never ran across this problem. There may be a diagnostic program that the Lexus tech knows how to access which can determine the level of the problem, and if it's a software issue or a firmware problem. They can give you an estimate on fixing the problem.
