Front Bumper - Air Spoiler? - Repair

Need a little help here....

The black fiberglass looking thing that is attached under the front bumper and extends back to the front wheels on my 2007 ES350 broke (naturally while I was some 500 miles away from home) and is hanging down under the car....

I grabbed some good old Duct Tape and taped it up to the bumper to get it home.

Now I'm looking for the parts online and I can't find them anywhere - - I suspect it is because I don't know the proper name for the part....

If anyone can tell me either the name of the part(s) or the part number - I'd be most appreciative...
