orbitom
I just purchased a 2013 ES350 with luxury and nav package but I'm wondering why Enform is not included? I thought it was supposed to be included with all Lexus' after 2011? It can't be because I live in Hawaii - the Lexus website says the service is available here as well as in Alaska. Anyone know the reason? Thanks in advance! From their site: Are there geographic limitations to the Lexus Enform® services? Safety Connect® services, for owners residing in the United States, will function in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and in Canada. The services will not function outside of the United States in countries other than Canada.

LexBob2
Have you talked to the dealer, or contacted Lexus Customer Service? One or both of htem could probably help you out.
pj8708
It has always been standard set-up that all Lexus are delivered with "Enform" activated and free for the first year. There after the customer has the option to renew from year to year. It's possible that for some oversight the "Enform" wasn't activated at the factory/dealer.As LexBob sugested, first, go to your dealer (that will be free) or go to Lexus.com, click on "contact us" and either use e-mail or phone. (free too) Paul
