fernandolpa Posted August 18, 2012 Share Posted August 18, 2012 I have a 117's miles RX300 AWD, new rotors and pads. When I am driving in a rought surface, I hear a multiple metal cracking sound fronm the wheels. Before I tought it was coming from the exhaust, some missing clap, but it is comming from brakes, as if I push just smoothly the brakes, sounds stop. As I said, new rotors and pads, and all works perfectly. The car passed the EU inspection (very exhaustive) a month ago and braking was perfect. Ideas? I heard that the pads have something to avoid they move while not breaking, but I don't know if sounds come from here or not. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
