d.scott
I recently purchased 2010 IS350c that came off lease and find the plastic GPS/stereo unit that is in the plastic dash rattles and I'm not able to pin point the exact area of the rattle. It sounds like A "click" of plastic on plastic. Does anyone else have this problem and have you or the dealer been able to fix the problem ? I have not had this problem but shouldn't your car still be under warranty? Paul Thanks for the welcome. Yes, it is under warranty for the next three years, but my 60 years of experience in dealing with Dealers and their mechanics is to receive the answer " we couldn't duplicate the sound" or problem or whatever else. So I was trying to find someone else whose car made the same noise and what their solution was. It will be into the dealer next week. Again thanks for your response. pj8708
I know what you mean.....it's like the old TV repair man. It always worked by the time he got to thhe house! I would tell them to take the trim off from around the head unit and nav screen and then check it for rough spots or poor fitting areas. Just keep at them. You don't pay that kind of money for squeks. Let us know. Paul
