Could Someone Help Me Please --I Can't Open My Drivers Side Door O

i went to get out and the inside handle does not open. i read thru the club forums and got the door panel off and there are two cables to the handle

that go down to the side. the bottom cable is the one that actually makes the handle function and it looks good there so the problem must be on the

other end. more than likely i am going to have to replace this cable and i cannot for the life of me find this part or the part number. i refuse to bring it to the lexus dealership. i have been putting the window down and opening it from the outside or sliding across the seat and out the other door. from what i read this year has had many problems with the handles and locks/windows switches. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
