I don't know the definative answer to your question. Most information says no.

I would suggest that you do a search of our data base. I did a quick look and there is a LOT of info on exactly your topic. There does seem to be some changes on later model's that may allow for some streaming.

Try entering "bluetooth streaming" in the search line, and choose to search "post" not "topic".

There are aftermarket bluetooth kits. I have no idea which ones are compatible with the RX400h but most vehicle-specific products have a section on their site with application guides.

You could also connect an aftermarket aux in and connect a bluetooth audio gateway.

...and there's always replacing the head unit itself.
