Hello New member in Dubai.

I am hoping to pick up a USA spec LS430, 2004, Ultra with 80k miles soon.

Where do I get service in Dubai? The local Dealer Al Futtaim will not perform service on any USA spec lexus. No parts sales, in fact they are quite rude once they find out your asking about anything USA spec.

Hello Bill.

I went to "Lexus.com" and got the phone number for Lexus customer service. I explained your situation, and they advised me that there was no service or Dealers in Dubai.

They suggested as an alternative, that you contact "Lexusglobal.com". That department covers all countries, and may be able to locate a service outlet somewhere nearby.
