Hi Tom, and welcome to the Club! I know little to nothing about the 2001 year navigation program. If I'm right , they use a CD system for upgrading the maps. The only suggestion I would make would be to re-boot the system with the new disc and see if that helps. Someone else will chime in hear and offer better advice than mine, Paul
