I'm using this forum in hopes that I'll get several responses.

Since the new software was installed, I have not been able to use the search feature because the results come out as black letters on a black background. In other words it is impossible to read. Steve and I have tried several things such as using different IP's.....Internet Exploer, Chrome, and AOL,( my usual source). None these have helped. Steve has not been able to duplicate the condition on his end, and others on this site, Steve W, Dave, have been unable to figure out the issue.

I just read an old thread today talking about deleting cookies, and going into your profile and checking on "Standard". I'm sorry to say I don't know how to do the first and I can't find the other on my profile. Not sure is either one of these has anything to do with the problem.

Please jump in and offer your ideas please.

To delete cookies go to Internet options and you will see a button that says delete cookies. Not sure if it will help?
