Hi Hasan, and welcome to the LOC. I think you've answered your own question.. Given the number of miles and the age of the car it is not surprising that it may be running less than ideal. (You didn't mention if you have any service records.) i.e., plug change, etc. Just take your car to your Lexus dealer, my choice, or a reputable independant shop that works on Lexus or Toyota.
