Abs Light On Es300 96

Hi

need help in dignosing ABS light problem.

my lexus has 185k, I changed my brakes and my brakes were spongy so I did bleeding and they are fine now.

but since then sometime i feel the pulsation in my brake padel (like ABS is engaging) and ABS light comes on, and goes off when i turn off the engine.

took it to dealer and he dignosed that there is a code p31 - 36 (wheel sensor bad). took it to another brake shop they dignosed that ABS pump is bad.

what I read somewhere in a forum it sounds like I need to bleed ABS brakes to fix it.

I need help if someone can steer me in the rigth direction, and if it need ABS bleeding how much it will cost and can i do myself?
