Instrument Panel Needles Interchangeable?

Does anyone know if I can use dash needles from another model Lexus on the ES300s?

You didn't mention it in your post but i'll assume your profile is accurate that you have a 1995 ES300? If so, the only needles that will work are specific to the 1992-1996 ES300.

The 1992-1996 SC300/400 and 1993-1996 GS300 gauge needles "look" the same, but they're not the same size and even have polarity reversed on the attachment pins.
