Justice2011
Hi all I am new to this forum after searching online for some answers to a problem my new car seems to have. My CT200h is just a couple of months old. As I am driving a hear a 'click' sound like pulling the TV plug straight from the wall and all the electronics cut out (sat nav/phone/radio). The Lexus home screen comes back on the screen and the system 'reboots' as if I am turning on the car. The bluetooth reconnects etc. It's happened a couple of times now and is booked in to be fixed but I must say I am very upset that this is happening. Can you suggest anything? Thanks in advance. ETA: My voice tags have also disappeared and they are now greyed out and I can't add them back.

Hi Elisha, I was going through the forum and found your post as one that no one apparently had an answer for. I wanted to apologize for no one at least welcoming you to the Lexus Owners Club and for not acknowledging that someone here had read your post. Once in awhile a question will come along such as yours that covers a topic that no one has ever experienced before. Members get baffled and therefore don't say anything. The answer to your problem is "don't Know", but the obvious solution is your warranty and your dealer which you have already done. Did it get fixed?
