Hi all Posting here for more traffic, I didn't get any replies in the CT200h forum. Mods please feel free to move if you think it should be some where else. I am new to this forum after searching online for some answers to a problem my new car seems to have. My CT200h is just a couple of months old. As I am driving a hear a 'click' sound like pulling the TV plug straight from the wall and all the electronics cut out (sat nav/phone/radio). The Lexus home screen comes back on the screen and the system 'reboots' as if I am turning on the car. The bluetooth reconnects etc. It's happened a couple of times now and is booked in to be fixed but I must say I am very upset that this is happening. Can you suggest anything? Thanks in advance. Update: Car has been into Lexus for 2 days and they put new software in the car, 200kms later it happened again. I'm really seriously unimpressed by now. Apparently this is also happening in the IS250s and they do not have a solution to fix it.

ETA: My voice tags have also disappeared and they are now greyed out and I can't add them back.
