What's the latest info on Flyaudio.

Thinking about installing one in my 2010 ES350.

Is there something I need to know or is this a good idea?

I think it is the consensus of Lexus service folks that it is difficult, and tricky business trying to install non-factory audio, nav, or anything, but something real simple on the es, and that is is way better to just get the car equipped they way you want..or even choose another car if the es does not offer your preferences
