mejojo
Look into a product to hide the scratch. I've seen something on TV meant to "repair" scratches on eyeglasses. It's called Lens Clear or Lens Fixer or something like that. This might fix you up without buying and installing a new part. Joe
AlmightyLexus
alright, will do.....but still do you know if the 93-94 displays will function properly in a 91?
Mike523
I am refirbishing my 88 chevy pickup. It had scrathes in the clear plastic cover. I took some polishing compound to it and made it near perfect. I know if I wanted to start with 1000 or 2000 grit paper and worked up to car polish, it would be perfect. Also, a couple of years ago, someone hit the Lexus, yea hit & run, anyway, they scuffed the rear lense pretty badley. Since the lense was going to be replaced I didn't have anything to lose by trying to buff it out. It worked great. I'm sure there are some plastics that this wont work with. I would guess you'll be able to do it with the cluster lense. Good Luck!
