I own a 2003 es300 and on the inside of the headlight glass is this sort of fog. I don't think it is condensation, does anyone know what it may be? If so, how could i get rid of it?

Are you positive it's on the inside? It may actually be on the outside, in which a simple polish will remove.

But if it is indeed on the inside, the only way to remove it is to separate the plastic lens from the housing, which isn't logical to do. You'll have sealing issues and it will begin to fog, etc. You're best bet is to get new(er) headlights. Ebay has many...

Are you certain the fog is on the inside? By 7 to 8 years, the outside of the plastic lenses can get very worn and nearly opaque but fortunately they can be refinished to look like new. I used a Crystal View headlight restoration kit a few years ago on my LS and the headlight lenses still look great.
