lexi belle Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 I have 2000 GS 300 I am getting no sound from the stereo, even though it turns on and works fine, it just does not project any sound from any of the speakers. The guy who I bought it from says it is probably locked because he had a custom stereo jacked but took them out. I don't know if it is because of that or its just broken. Please help. LEXIRX330 Posted March 16, 2011 Share Posted March 16, 2011 Take it to a shop. It is going to be hard to try to help without knowing what the guy had done that had the car before you. Was it workIng at all when you got it? He may have changed the harness on the back of the unit and it may not connect to the factory head unit? Could be many things?
