If you think it would help I will be happy to take a picture of the lug pattern? I think I would call the service department of a Lexus dealer and ask them if they would fit...to be sure though...

It can be done. My sales guy told me that GX470s can get GX460 rims if we wanted to. It's just an inch bigger, and with the previous 4Runners, the majority had the 17" rims that the GX470 has but the LTD 4Runners had an 18" rim so the 18" GX460 rim should fit nicely on any GX470
