1993 Ls400 High Mount Brake Light Bulb

Can someone guide me to instructions on how to replace the brake light bulb, mounted on the back deck, near the sub woofer, of my 1993 LS400? I do not see any access from the trunk and I tried to gently pry up the sub woofer cover, but stopped before I did any damage. I have searched the forums, but no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is sort of hinged. You just need to push on one side and release the plastic hook built into the cover.

I think you are talking about the 95-00 LS400. The gen 1 (90-94) LS400 is different.
