Steering Wheel Problem

There is a bad vibration on my steering wheel when the car reaches about 65 mph. I have brand new tires ( all four, 2 weeks old ), have pretty new shocks ( all four about a year 1/2 old ) and alignment is done a year ago. What could be wrong ?? helpp ??

Try rotating the tires and see if it changes. It is possible that they made a mistake while balancing the tires, or you could have a bent rim.
