Help! Parking/driving Lights Not Working!

I just got new parking lights, installed them, but they wont come on. I replaced them because the other ones were not working either, i thought maybe they blew or something. The fuse is fine. Is there anything i can do?? Thanks in advance for your help.

By the wayi have a 1998 gs400 if that helps at all. Ive heard that lexus didnt start the whole running lights think til 99...whatever...i have the xenon headlamps as well. Thanks...

okay, here may be your problem... Some bulbs run positive and negitive.. So in this case you may have put both bulbs in wrong.. Just take them out and turn them around..
