WHAT UP HAPPY TO BE A MEMBER BUT NOT HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION OF MY 99 GS300, HERE'S MY STORY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STOP COMING ON WHEN I TURN ON THE IGNITION THE CAR JUST KEEPS TURNING OVER BUT NO START AND STILL NO ENGINE LIGHT AT ALL I THINK THE ECU LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD MAY BE BURNT OUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO BECAUSE (JR.) IS LOST HELP PLEASE!

You are on the right track, no power to the ECU.

FIRST the EFI fuses need to be checked.

Under the hood and in the kick panel.

Then verify the EFI relay is working.
