2001 Gs300 A/c Blower, Ports And Control Problem

My air doesn't blow thru the correct ports it only blows on the floor, the left top port has a very faint amount air blowing through it. On the dash of the A/C control module everything looks normal. I can select a number of settings and the air still blows on the floor..So I'm sweating and my feet are freezing?? The thing I feel is working correctly would be the speed of the blower motor you can actually hear or feel it change speeds. Car looks great but i'm feeling a little ridiculous driving it...please help.

It seems your hvac servo actuator, that switches the A/C modes from footwell only / face only / footwell and face combined/ demist/ etc, is at fault.
